The app is divided into two versions, Employer and Employee.
Register as Employer to:
- monitor hours and track staff on site
- forecast spending on staff
- create your company profile to showcase your business and expand your networking horizons
- post unlimited job adverts
- browse profiles of Employees looking for work and instantly chat with them
- find and hire permanent employees
- make job offers to people you are interested in, negotiate rates
- use Booking Calendar to check availability, book and manage temporary staff
- visit the Useful Corner to download contracts and documents your business may need
Register as an Employee to:
- create a profile with social links to show off your skills
- browse and apply for jobs on the Marketplace
- negotiate wages, salary and contracted hours via Make an Offer
- sign-in and out on the app, monitor hours you work
- use Rate Calculator to calculate your take home pay
- book and manage freelance assignments, generate invoices
- access the Useful Corner for templates of documents you may need at work and to access offers from our Partners
Employee’s version is free to use. Businesses select a subscription during the registration process.
