🤬About 8 days after having the app, it no longer recognizes that I even have an account! I (update) I absolutely cannot log into the phone app. Every time I attempt to login it like the app fails, or I'm redirected, that part is extremely frustrating 😤 I can't use it from my app. I basically have to sign in every time and hope I can find my information. I am NOT looking forward to a year of that. Other than that I really enjoy the system but that's kind of a big deal.

Using vs code blackbox started amazing. However since dev team decided it was a good idea to keep changing the payment plans it got bad! First inite only fine, then a subscription fine I paid, then subscription went up fine I paid, then pay as u go, again fine still did its job still worth the money, now black box started acting stupid forgetting context, regular truncated errors, I'm being charged for multiple failed edits,and now bb hangs on startup after taking anotger $10 to repeat itself.

I bought this subscription for coding, but I got no benefit at all. It was completely useless and gave wrong answers. I stopped using it and switched to another AI app, which actually helped me. Then next month, they automatically charged my card again. I cancelled the subscription but still haven't received any refund. Customer support never replies. Their policy says refund will be given immediately after cancellation, but I got nothing. Total waste of time and money. Don't use this service
