About this game

Blackjack is a game of both luck and skill. Given a set of table rules, there is an optimal strategy you can learn that will maximize your chances of winning. Blackjack Ace is a strategy trainer that allows you to customize those table rules and practice the resulting strategy before you head to the casino.

FEATURES

Strategy Trainer

- You are shown a hand. You must choose whether to Hit, Stand, Double, Split, or Surrender. The strategy trainer will immediately provide you with feedback (whether you selected correctly, what that correct move would have been otherwise, and the relevant strategy rule) and move onto the next hand.
- This rapid-fire approach is designed to allow you to commit the blackjack strategy to memory as quickly as possible.

Table Rules

- You can set the table rules to match those of the casino where you will be playing.
- The basic strategy chart is customized to give you the optimal strategy based on the table rules you selected.
- Common rule variations for both American and European blackjack are supported.

Strategy Chart

- The basic strategy chart, fully customized based on the table rules you selected, can be checked at any time. Your goal is to commit this chart to memory!

Accuracy

- Detailed stats are kept for all hands that you play. You can use this to identify the weak and strong points of your blackjack game.
- You can filter these stats to only look at those from today, this week, this month, or all time.

Customize Hands

- You can customize the types of hands you are dealt. This will allow you to focus your training on exactly the areas you need to improve most.

Play Blackjack

- Once you feel you've got the basic strategy down, try out your newfound skills in a full game of blackjack.

Play Statistics

- Track the history of your blackjack gameplay, how well you're sticking to the strategy, and how many chips you've won or lost over the last day, week, month, or beyond. Once you're confident in your basic strategy skills, head out to the casino and play with a minimal house edge!

Card Counting

- In play mode, Blackjack Ace will keep track of the running and true count, so you can learn how to count cards and practice your card counting skills.

Ratings and reviews

I really like this app. great for basic strategy and keeping basic play sharp. 2 complaints that I assume won't effect 99% of people. the True Count towards the middle/end of a shoe is WAY off. If this was corrected and there was some kind of Shoe graphic that displayed decks remaining (preferably in at least halves) directly on the play screen it would be easy 5 star. if these things don't concern you and you just want to practice playing and drilling book/basic strategy it will serve you well.

I've been using this app for about half a year, and it is precisely what I wanted. There are no intrusive ads, you can fully customize your table rules, and there is a training mode and a play mode with a bankroll. One powerful feature I suggest is a spaced repetition setting in training mode so the hands you get wrong appear more often. Also, the statistics should have a graph view that displays your accuracy over time. Overall a great app and it would better with these additions!

Great app with minor quirks. Pros: Customizable table rules. Instant chip modification, which feels very satisfying. Instant dealing. It's cool to see a graph of earnings on the statistics page. Running count. Cons: The deck gets reshuffled in the middle of the last hand, instead of waiting to shuffle until the hand is over. The hit and stand buttons move positions after you hit once (because double and split buttons are hidden). No deviation support. The insurance modal covers 1 of my cards.

What’s new

Bug Fixes:
- Fixed the initial running count for the KO counting system.
- Max penetration is now 85% for eight-deck games, 80% for two-deck games, and 60% for single-deck games.
