Reviewing both app and service. I've used the service dozens of times over the past couple years, for airport pickups domestically and internationally. I love the total price transparency and no-nonsense booking. Pick-ups have been flawless even when my flights are delayed. App is clear and logical and actually easier than the website in some ways. Yes, the service is a bit pricey but worth it. Note: if you're booking for a third party, be sure and check that box!

Our family of four used Blacklane extensively for ground transportation during our recent trip to Paris-Barcelona-Madrid. I don't typically review apps/service, but after seeing some negative reviews, felt compelled to do so. Across six rides we experienced no issues with timing, pricing, or unmet expectations. For me, Blacklane was much more convenient than trying to coordinate multiple car service requests through hotels. Thank you, Blacklane, and keep it up!

They lie. booked specific car for work team outing. Confirmed and paid (a premium). 45 minutes before pick up they left a vm from an international location with no return call number telling me they changed the car we booked (and still charged me for the premium car). Put on hold forever to the point of having to hang up. Tried 3 times to submit ticket in app and every time the app crapped out (phone is a newer samsung S25). DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE - BETTER OPTIONS OUT THERE
