About this app

Blacklux Driver is the operational app for authorised Blacklux chauffeurs and transport partners. It brings service assignments, trip status updates and communication with Blacklux Operations into one secure workspace.

With Blacklux Driver, approved drivers can:

• Receive and review new service requests
• View booking references, pickup and destination details, schedules, vehicle categories and operational trip information
• Accept or decline assigned services and submit a quotation when requested
• Follow each service from assignment to completion
• Receive real-time operational notifications
• Communicate with Blacklux Operations through the in-app chat
• Review completed services and available payment information

Access is restricted to drivers approved and activated by Blacklux. Some features depend on the driver’s permissions, the status of the service and the information available for the booking.

Location access may be requested for active-service functions and operational tracking. Account and service data is used only to provide transport operations, security and support.
