The NOC-SOC began operations in 2012 with the goal of providing dedicated, high-level service to users of the National Multiservice Network (RNMS). We are the specialized Service and Support Desk that operates the security platforms, documents incidents, and monitors the links of all institutions that comprise the RNMS.
Dedicated to ensuring the highest possible availability of the RNMS, we offer additional services such as:

- Proactive Monitoring
- Network Activity Reports
- Bandwidth Consumption
These additional services allow us to maintain high-quality service for RNMS clients, supporting them in detecting anomalies that may affect their services and reacting promptly to these issues, thus preserving the quality our clients expect.
