I have found a problem. When I earn a gift the screen freezes and I have to close the screen and reboot. When the app comes back up, I don't get that gift, it just goes back to the playing screen. I am at level 155 and no gifts for about 4 times. I revised my rating from 5 to 2; though I really love the graphics and that it ISN'T timed, I have noticed several players have reported the same problem but there are no responses from you. Don't you care about your players enough to fix?

Okay for the most part I like the game, but it has a really bad bug which I hope could get fixed. On most levels with more than 100 matches when I start, more than half of the matches are already done. I just started level 80 (130 matches) and 75 were already done. It sucks because I like the satisfaction I get by clearing a really messy board, and I haven't gotten more than 100.....

I doubt the developers will even read this. I like this Match game better than others and it's great that it has both timed and non-timed options, but there r some things that drive me crazy. Says that it saves your progress, but 1) most often, does not. When it does, 2) it does not save the same items, just same # of items. Don't like that. 3)Levels jump all around. 4) No gifts past a certain point, which really needs to be fixed, esp since it tells you you're going to get them (but you don't).
