Our new app has everything you need to get around on Blackpool Transport’s buses and trams. It’s packed full with the ability to plan your journey, view live arrival and departure times along with purchase your travel ticket, all in one simple app.

Mobile Tickets: Purchase mobile tickets securely with a debit/credit card and show the driver/conductor when boarding - no more searching for cash!

Live Departures: Browse and view bus or tram stops on the map, explore upcoming departures, or check out the routes from a stop to see where you could travel next.

Journey Planning: Plan your commute, trip to the shops or night out with friends. It’s now even easier to plan ahead with Blackpool Transport.

Timetables: We’ve squeezed all of our bus and tram timetables into the palm of your hand.

Contactless Journeys: View the journeys you have made using your contactless cards and a breakdown of charges and savings.

Favourites: You can quickly save your favourite Departure Boards, Timetables and Journeys, with quick access from one convenient menu.

Disruptions: You’ll be able to keep up to date with any diversions or disruption to bus and tram services directly from our Twitter feed inside the app.

This app used to be good but it is now broken. The QR code is 3mm^2 and unscalable so cannot be scanned. This issue happened before, was fixed and now it's back. The other main gripe I have is more policy. When you purchased a 7 day ticket previously you actually got a full 7 days, now it cuts off at 3am on the 7th day of activation so it's really a 6½ day pass. Additionally the £1 saving for using the app is gone so there's no reason to opt for the app over paying the driver any more. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Add more colours to the Journey Planner/timetables as everything just Yellow in the App when other apps that use the same software use colours to distinish different routes or variations so you cant have more than 1 route active without it getting messy/confusing

Still getting used to the re-structured timetables , causing a few hassles but overall a great service .

It is now clearer when stops are either set down only or pick up only on any given service and favourite stops are easier to identify on timetables.
