I used it for a long trip to Australia. Once I got the hang of it, it was ideal for my purposes. Stored, flights, accommodation, attractions, costs etc. Also easy to make changes. I used the chat service to enquire on a couple of issues and got responses immediately.

Two things right away: One, I could not leave from one city (day one) and arrive in another city (day 13), it was forcing a round trip and I am going cross country. Two, I wanted to enter airport codes (for simplicity) and the app did not recognize them.

I always found trip planning a chore - web searches for attractions to visit, different apps for finding places to stay etc. I used a spreadsheet to get all the trip information together Itinerate has everything I need in one place. Planning is easy because each location is displayed in date order. Just open the location to add attractions, lodgings and more. Even the commute between locations can be planned. I had a small issue the developer fixed in minutes!
