third class never buy Alcatel mobile .the customer care service is bad .for return policy they didnt guide the customer properly,my mobile is with me because it could not support the 16 digit number,the mobile camera is very poor & blur,it's zoom quality is worst,.my request is to the customer plz never ever buy Alcatel mobile,or u will cry with its overall performance.

The worst diagnostic app you can find. This is just to fool the customers who returns their order. They say to install this app and what happens after that is there will not be any issues with device as per this apps diagnostic data. And your device will start to heat again. Then you again call flipkart and they'll say it is mandatory to do so. With uninterrupted data support. Where can one find uninterrupted data support if he / she is in a rural area without proper internet connection or wifi?

Don't waste your time in this app especially if you're from PH. Samsung PH endorsed this app for their trade in online. This app will request a lot of permissions, ask you to remove your accounts, and in the end it gave me a 600$ quote which is about 30k pesos. Upon going to the store, they valued the phone for only 3k. Phone is literally brand new, complete with box and accessories.
