UPDATED: 8/1/25 - since their recent update in 9/2025, the task menu fails to load all data and you have to constantly hard restart a few times until they load, and this occurs very often. I'm a delivery driver and have been using this app for 2 years now. Thank you for the new "SMS" button, THIS WAS A GAME CHANGER. my main concern is how often the app crashes. It was already bad before this last update. Now, the app crashes over 70% of the time when it comes to visiting from one app to another.

So buggy and irritating to use. Almost Every time you process and order upon clicking "return to tasks" it returns you to your task list page and a never ending loading sign that can only be countered by hard closing the app and reopening and that wouldn't be a big inconvenience if the app opened efficiently everytime but it doesn't it often also won't allow you to log in because the dial pad won't load and if you do get in just hope the items are pre accepted in to your inventory or else you're

Too many clicks to complete an order, if you're in an area with bad signal it can take forever to close out an order. Needs U.I. streamlining. Also if a new order comes in by you don't have any existing orders you can't refresh the screen, you have too log out and log back in.
