MX Express / MX Application / MXA / MXA Servers, identified further on as only MXA are not associated or affiliated with any form of government entity and or service.

MXA parts databases are our own and have been populated using publicly available data sources such as the United States (DLA) Defense Logistics Agency's Pub Log data which is freely accessible to members of the United States Government, Foreign Military Sales, other Foreign National Customers and the Private Sector.

MXA seeks to bring this publicly available data to end users for speed of access and in a simple to navigate mobile (UI) User Interface.

"Restricted data such as service unique data, proprietary data and North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO) data is not included."

While users can suggest items to MXA private datasets if they are not currently contained already; any data, items, or parts suggested are checked and verified before being added and must fall in line with the above statement. Parts or items suggested in addition to our dataset that violate the above statement will not be added and thus be rejected.

End User Private Data Disclosure:
* WHAT DATA MXA DOSE NOT COLLECT *
- Any private and or publicly available unique user identifiable information while using the application or performing search functions and or request from MXA.

* WHAT DATA MXA DOSE COLLECT *
- What items are being searched for, along with the date and timestamp of said search request transaction. This limited set of data is solely collected to gauge how often searches are being accomplished and to provide users with the total number of global searches performed via the home screen in-app as well as on the About page also contained in-app. No unique user identifiable data is stored in this data transaction.

- Manually submitted user data provided by an end user. MX Express provides two user activities; "Submit New Part" and "New Idea Ticket" which do contain input fields for users’ full name, email address and comments. These fields are not required / optional for users to interact with or submit parts or ideas to MXA for consideration. While there is currently no method for a user to request their submitted data be deleted from MXA, users who wish to have their prior submitted data purged from MXA may request so by sending an email directly to MXA Support Team using the below email address or by contacting MXA directly via Facebook. Please note, users will be required to provide an approximate date and time of the submission, as well as the name, and or email address provided that was submitted to MXA at that time.

* IN APP USER DATA *
- MXA provides in-app activities for saving parts, items and other user data. This data is kept specifically on the end user’s device and is never uploaded or otherwise transmitted to MXA.

- MXA cannot retrieve, recover and or access this user data as it is stored solely on the user’s private device, users who uninstall the app and or clear the app data on their device will not be able to recover said data.

Ratings and reviews

There's a civilian technician in my unit who's been a maintainer for decades, makes all the new guys download this app immediately, and makes fun of the iPhone users who can't. It is extremely convenient for parts lookup, and it's nice to have my notes in a place where they won't get lost or sustain physical damage.

This app is awesome. I haven't use dit too much and explored all the features, but I can tell this will be an amazing app. Also a KC135 crew chief.

I'm trying to get my troops to download, but the app is made for an old version of Android. Please please update the app

- Removed in-app purchases, subscription code & associated app permissions for user billing support integrations; this was a planned feature in development testing but not ready for deployment, it has been removed to comply with Play Store requirements with regard to this subject.
