Our android app is a powerful tool crafted for contractors to streamline project management and enhance communication between the field and the office. With this app, users can effortlessly track time, ensuring accurate clock-ins and clock-outs for workers and foremen, now enhanced with fall detection that monitors users during clock-ins and notifies their team with location data if a fall is detected. It also enables the management of project material orders, allowing users to monitor and request supplies directly from their mobile devices. Pieceworker worksheets are integrated, helping contractors assign tasks, track progress, and align work with the project budget, which is set and monitored through a companion web dashboard.


The app fosters real-time collaboration by letting workers and foremen upload images, such as site photos or receipts, and submit daily work progress reports. Foremen can also upload and maintain their crew’s health and safety documents, with expiry dates tracked and notifications sent for any crew members needing renewed training. This data syncs instantly with the office, updating project costs on the web dashboard as work unfolds. By bridging the gap between on-site teams and office staff, the app ensures everyone stays informed, projects stay on budget, and deadlines are met with ease.
