they knew my phone was in the USA and they knew I could not use their service in the USA but they still wanted my phone number and my email address and all of my personal information. to then find out I could not transfer US dollars from my US bank account. which was my main point in installing this app and giving them all of my personal information so I could use it as an on-ramp. thanks so much for wasting the time of so many people and for gathering all their personal info.

The whole app seems to be flaky and unreliable. I can't get by the KYC - as a resident of Bulgaria, a country which is a part of EEA, they want me to provide not only Id card, but also a passport (we're a part of Shengen people, I mean c'mone?). And a residence permit??? For the country I've been born in and lived in all my life, a part of EU since 1997... I already uploaded my proof of address and paycheck as a proof of income. I'm really worried about the information I provided already.

the only functionality that works is deposit. taking your money works. buying crypto fails, withdrawing crypto fails. not sure if it's a scam or just plenty of bugs in the app but my money is now locked here and I have no way to take it out.
