About this app

This app allows customers with an active roadside assistance contract to quickly report a breakdown or accident and track the breakdown service provider's response in real time.

It offers a secure authentication process, comprehensive assistance claim management, and seamless communication between the user and the assistance service.

Secure Authentication:

- Login and registration via email address

- Verification via a 6-digit OTP code sent by email upon first login

- User information (email address) is displayed in the profile

Reporting an Accident or Breakdown:

- If the user has an active contract, they can:

- Report a breakdown for themselves or for a third party

- Use automatic geolocation or manually select the location on a map

- Select the destination, the departure and arrival wilayas (provinces)

- Indicate the cause of the breakdown

- Create a case submitted to the administration

Real-Time Tracking:

- Once the case is processed:

- A technician is assigned by the administration

- The user accesses a real-time tracking page

- Display of the technician's distance and estimated time of arrival

- Success notification upon completion of the service is complete

- The case status changes from "In Progress" to "Completed"

Contract Validation:

If the user does not yet have an active contract:

- They can photograph their contract

- Important information is extracted (reference, registration number, name, etc.)

- The data is sent to the administration for validation

- Once validated, the contract becomes active and allows accident reporting

Confidentiality:

- User data is used solely for the operation of the application

- Data exchange is secure

- No data is used for advertising purposes
