The app is fine and so far my experience regarding delivery is good. But the loyalty points safety is not taken into consideration. I had 110 loyalty points and applied 100 of them to lower my checkout price, for some reason my online card option was not loading so I had to refresh the app, when i refreshed it my loyalty points were gone and the old price was back, and no option came up to apply the loyatly points, kindly take this issue into consideration and put a check regarding it.

Really disappointed with this app. It’s not working properly at all. I placed an order and waited for more than 1.5 hours but nothing arrived. My order didn’t even show up in the app afterward like it just disappeared. No proper tracking, no update just a complete waste of time. Very frustrating experience.

App is fine, but service is bad. what's the point of getting my location if the rider is eventually going to bother me by asking to send my location to his WhatsApp? I could've just placed an order by calling them instead. the point of an app is to make sure there's no need for a phone call or these annoying things, and your food gets delivered to you smoothly.
