I'm using them for a while now but yesterday had a payment issue where the payment got deducted from my card but the order was not confirmed and was not delivered. I still haven't received the amount back or either the order and will have to wait for the next 7 days. Also their support is poor.

I recently ordered from Cakes and Bakes for a special occasion, and unfortunately, the experience was overshadowed by a significant delay in delivery. While the brand usually has a solid reputation, this particular service fell short of expectations.

⭐ 1 star only because I can’t give 0. This is the second time it has happened, and it feels like their standard is dropping day by day. There was hardly any cheese, and the pizza tasted completely bland. The tiny amount of cheese that was there was dry and tasteless. Honestly, it was a total waste of money. C&B’s pizza used to be my favorite, but this time I was utterly disappointed. What’s the use of the app being good when the quality of food keeps getting worse? Definitely not worth it!
