If I could get an option of a negative rating. One of the worst experiences I ever had with the dope Rawalpindi saddar branch. They couldn't deliver the order of 8 crunchy pasta. I kept calling them again and again but no one ever replied from the saddar Rawalpindi branch. When they picked my call, they were like we have to pay them half the amount then only they can deliver the order. hopeless services!

useless app as Dope Saddar (Rawalpindi) branch did not deliver my order 2/3 times and mentioned the order delivered on the app. 1 time i even called them repeatedly but they kept saying that we will deliver in 3-5 minutes but did not deliver.

the minimum order price for delivery is 750rs, however this 750rs is only taken for the item only exclusive of tax delivery charges etc, so if u have an item of about 600rs, and 150-200 additional charges, it will still throw an error that the total order has to be minimum 750 even though the net total has crossed 750, idk if this is intentional or not, but the system takes the minimum order price for the item only, so I think this shud be fixed asap
