This is one of the worst services I have experienced in terms of resolving issues and providing proper follow-up. Their complaint line is fully automated, and customers are left interacting with a chatbot that lacks the ability to address concerns effectively. When I called their customer service number, I was instructed to submit my complaint via WhatsApp, which is also automated and equally unhelpful.

very bad experience. Order delivered in 1 and half hour and the quality of zinger burgers is very cheap,no crunch no taste. chicken is chewy not tender. worst

Extremely poor service and zero accountability. Their complaint system is entirely automated, forcing customers to deal with chatbots that are incapable of resolving real issues. Even when calling their customer service number, they redirect you to an automated WhatsApp complaint line. There is no access to a human representative, which makes the entire support system ineffective and deeply frustrating.
