I placed a food order through the Freshco app and waited for about an hour. When I contacted the branch to check on my order, I was told that they had not received the order at all. This was extremely disappointing, especially after waiting for so long. The app should provide reliable order confirmation and ensure that orders are properly transmitted to the selected branch. I hope Freshco addresses this issue to prevent customers from facing the same inconvenience.

This app sucks, doesn't send OTPs for login (promotional messages are active on my sim card though). After placing the order the payment screen stuck on the payment successful message, because the account isn't logged in, it returns back to the cart and the order status can't be tracked. Overall, their taste is good but the app is a nightmare

I have ordered, waited for an hours, then thier order Automatically Canceled ☹️ Otherwise food quality is great specifically thier Pizza 👌
