I had a frustrating experience with Greeno's delivery service. Despite receiving a recent delivery, I was informed by a worker that delivery to my area was not possible. However, minutes later, the same order was accepted through their app and promptly delivered. This inconsistency raised concerns about their delivery reliability. Additionally, their website also indicated that delivery was not available to my address, adding to the frustration.

Placed an order and had to call because the order was bot acknowledged and the amount deducted. The lady who received the call trying multiple times, just said she will arrange a call, for what? No idea. Terrible

Looks like they don't even care if you place an order via app. I have placed an order via app and even after 1 hour the the status of the order remained confirmed.
