Their app doesn't work properly, it's very annoying. When I have to make a payment after adding things, it's also very annoying. Sometimes the payment option doesn't show up and if it does show up, the payment doesn't go through. Everything is set up on our side, but this app is very annoying. It's not doing any professional work. They just made it like that for a living. I don't recommend it.

If you do manage to place an order, just forget about it. They will not process or call you to confirm or anything. I had to call them 3 times and the call center agent has no clue about the status of orders. The app itself also doesn't showcase the status apart from "Ordered" or "Delivered" Went to the branch after an hour to check and they had no clue. We're claiming Bahria would serve Lake City customers. Unprofessional and useless to say the least. NOT RECOMMENDED.

I really like OD's products but the app is straight up horrendous. The wait on the login screen is about 4-5 mins. They then ask you to verify your phone number and it takes another 10 min for you to receive an SMS code. After about 30+ minutes to place an order, it said wait for a confirmation. I never got a confirmation and it took me to a blank screen. Now the app isn't even going past the login page. I went through the whole process again and they cancelled my order without explaination.
