Worst app... Couldn't make a single pickup order for OD Faisalabad... OTP sent sometimes and no prompt for adding code... Shutdown this app immediately

If you do manage to place an order, just forget about it. They will not process or call you to confirm or anything. I had to call them 3 times and the call center agent has no clue about the status of orders. The app itself also doesn't showcase the status apart from "Ordered" or "Delivered" Went to the branch after an hour to check and they had no clue. We're claiming Bahria would serve Lake City customers. Unprofessional and useless to say the least. NOT RECOMMENDED.
