Our App lets you
• Capture spare parts with predefined templates.
• Category, Noun, Modifier, and Attribute formats are used to record data.

• All recorded information is available for download and sharing in CSV file format.
• Templates are available in English, French, Spanish and Chinese.

iCATM is a Data Dictionary used for inventory data capture. It was designed to be used by businesses, schools or even home applications.
The goal of iCATM is to standardize the format of your inventory data so that you may manage your inventory by using the proper description.
To eliminate duplications, inconsistencies, and encryptions of comparable goods, it is possible to collect all available assets, materials, and spare parts.
iCATM is based on a four-tear classification system
• Categories:
• Stationary
• Noun:
• Pen
• Modifier
• Rollerball
• Attributes
• Type, Color, Size, Features, Length, Ink Color, Packaging Unit, Application
By using iCATM, you may access a large database of inventory items that are already preloaded on your mobile device. Entering the values for the pre-set property is all that is required. All information may be shared with other devices through CSV files once it has been recorded.
How Does It Work
• An inventory item must be described for what it is, not for what it is used on or how it is utilized, while it is being catalogued.
• In iCATM, every category, noun, modifier, and attribute has been specified.
• Data Stewards only need to fill in the Attribute Values.


• What are Categories?
• The Noun Groups are the Categories. The Noun and Modifier together will determine which category it belongs to.

• What are Nouns?
• The name of the part or item being catalogued is the noun.
• Nouns group items together by their likenesses.
• Modems
• Laptops
• Bicycles

• What are Modifiers?
• Modifiers classify objects according to their differences.
• A Modifier is an adjective that describes a Noun and is mutually exclusive. It enables additional grouping of related articles within a Noun's population.
• Bicycle, Mountain
• Bicycle Road
• Bicycle Touring

• What are Attributes?
• Within a Noun/Modifier pair, attributes are used to indicate characteristics or features that set one item apart from another.
• Attributes tend to be unique to the Noun/Modifier pair are:
• Type
• Size
• Material
• Color
• Gears
• Brakes
• Additional Information

• Why do Clients need to use this iCATM App?
• Spare part Bill of Materials are Incomplete or Inaccurate.
• Time lost during maintenance; time wasted seeking parts.
• 30% of Stock Will Never leave the warehouse.
• Incomplete Maintenance is due to missing parts.
• Non-localized sourcing lead's high cost & lead times.
• Invisible inventory due to encrypted description.

• What causes bad Inventory data
• Using free-form text.
• Without master data governance, anyone have direct access to produce item and supplier master data.
• Making a new record is simpler than looking for an existing one.
• No governance, policy, or processes are in place to prevent the creation of new records.

• Languages:
• iCATM will initially be available in English, next release additional languages will be available. (Chinese, French, Spanish)
• MRO Management team will be working on increasing the languages per demand ranking.

• Where is my data saved?
• The MRO Management cloud server will save all Items generated and added to Item Management on mobile devices.
