Blitzmate is fast chess with something on the line.
Every match is against a real person — no bots, no computer opponents. Pick a time control, put coins in the pot, and play. Winner takes it.
TIME CONTROLS
• Bullet — 1 and 2 minutes. Pure instinct.
• Blitz — 3 and 5 minutes. Sharp and tactical.
• Rapid — 10 and 15 minutes. Room to think.
• Increment options on every mode, from 1 to 5 seconds a move.
Clocks run on our servers, not your phone, so a laggy connection never costs you a game you were winning.
STAKE AND PLAY
Choose your stake before the match. Both players put in the same number of coins and the winner takes the pot. A draw returns both stakes.
Coins are a virtual in-game currency. They have no cash value, cannot be withdrawn, and cannot be exchanged for money or goods. Blitzmate is not real-money gaming and there is nothing to cash out.
