Ratings and reviews

This is the most peaceful, supportive, positive, "family reunion" of an app. The way we're all able to joke, promote, motivate, and be authentically and culturally us is addictive. The developers have been working hard to maintain the servers after a huge influx of users so they had to disable new accounts for now, and there are a few very slight bugs (not unlike other bigger apps), but other than that, this has been an awesome experience. Going back to keep chatting right now!

I love expressing my ideas and listening to other's ideas without the interference of racist trolls. With the advent of the blocks feature, the experience is even more engaging, culture affirming, and often entertaining without the negative drama. If you're messy, stay away. Blkem is all about black empowerment, and we're there to build a positive community. The app is a 4-year work in progress but very much worth the effort.

I was honestly not expecting it to be so organized. I have seen alternatives to Twitter and most of them just don't do it for me. The layout makes for a perfect alternative. Of course there are some growing pains but I feel it will be worth it once the platforms continues to make improvements.
