BLMResidencial is an integrated residential and condominium administration and access control platform, all under a single platform, giving administrators the possibility of managing all residential information and owners and residents having access to it, as well as controlling the people who access the residential, both residents, employees or suppliers, keeping the residential much safer.

The Residents version of BLMResidencial allows the following functionalities:

- Generation of invitations through QR
- Management of access to housing providers
- Management of the resident's employees
- Package reception management
- Consultation of the housing account statement
- Payment of bills by bank card
- Management of reservations of amenities and / or common areas
- Management of problem tickets in the residential
- Consult the documents sent by the condominium administrator

NOTE: The application needs the contracting of the service by your residential for its operation
