About this game

Block Crafter is a grid-based placement experience built around spatial planning and strategic positioning. The gameplay takes place on an 8×8 grid where the player must place incoming elements efficiently to clear lines and manage limited space.

In Block Crafter, the player is always presented with 3 random elements at the bottom of the screen. To make a move, the player selects one element, which becomes highlighted and appears on the grid in a semi-transparent preview state. While in this state, the element can be moved across the grid to choose the optimal position.

Once the player releases the element, it is placed onto the selected valid position and becomes fully fixed. If a full row or column is completed, it is cleared from the grid, and the player receives 10 points for each cleared line.

After all 3 available elements are used, a new set of 3 random elements appears. This cycle continues throughout the session, gradually increasing the importance of space management and planning ahead.

The session ends when none of the available elements can be placed on the grid due to lack of space. The final score is based on the total number of cleared lines.

Only results greater than 0 are saved in the records system. If the session is interrupted, exited, or not properly completed, the result is not recorded.

Block Crafter focuses on placement strategy, spatial awareness, and efficient use of limited space within a constrained grid system.
