🚗 How does User Mode work?

Once your account is activated, log in to the app and start requesting rides quickly and easily.

Our interface is designed to avoid complicated processes. You just need to:
• Select your pickup and drop-off points directly on the map or using the address search.

• Tap the center button to choose the type of ride: Standard, Good, or Luxury.

• Choose your payment method.

• Tap “Find a driver.”

And that's it! Now just wait.

When a driver accepts your request, you'll be able to see:
• Driver information
• Vehicle details
• Real-time location as she heads towards you
Not looking at your phone? No worries: Ladycar will send you alerts until you confirm you're aware of them.
When boarding, you'll need to provide a verification code that appears in the app, which the driver will enter to start the trip.

During the ride:
• You'll be able to see the suggested route.

• The driver may use alternative routes based on her navigation system, but within a controlled margin.

• The entire trip is recorded to ensure your safety.

At the end:

• Make the corresponding payment and rate your driver.

You can also cancel the trip if something isn't right.

⚠️ Keep in mind that unjustified cancellations can affect your rating and access to the service.

🚗 How does Driver Mode work? Once your account is activated, top up your credit and receive requests.
Before accepting, you will be able to see:

• Trip price

• User information

Upon accepting:

• The app will guide you with integrated navigation to the pickup point.

• Upon arrival, press “I’ve arrived” to notify the user.

• Request and enter the trip code to begin.

Afterward:

• The final destination will be automatically loaded.

• Go to the indicated point and complete the trip.

• Finally, rate the user.

You can cancel trips if necessary, but:
⚠️ Unjustified cancellations may affect your rating and your continued use of the platform.

Once registration is complete:
