Sorry, but your countries restrictions are incorrect. I've checked the list and then logged without vpn and then with vpn from countries which are allowed from your rules. So, I've been blocked 3 times, then I don't like the graphic, design . Your system is slowly ,no right and quick price update. Overall no nice . Bitunix is much better. Also Phemex is amazing . Those exchanges no kyc and no restrictions, low fees and strong security. I had bad experience with your platform. didn't expect

very bad UX: can't send images in customer support chat (app crashes and relaunches o home screen), keyboard overlays input field so i can't see what I'm typing on customer support, rewards progress not tracked... I should delete this app instantly, there are so many working alternatives out there.

charts always continually loading and frequently having to restart app or exit out to return to chat screen just to get infinite loading symbol to refresh to actual chat view. not great when trying to do things quickly
