Bought the app because my Huawei /JBL headphone combo just had too little power, and don't need ad's. Does nothing to the volume, and the booster works like the loudness button on a home amp - ups the bass, midtones and treble - and hiss to an unacceptable level. Has to be configured for every new music session. Sadly, gonna get a refund.

So the app does the thing for my pixel 3a. After trying several apps, I was desperate, but this one, for some strange reason, worked out (not from the first try, but finally it did) so I spent some bucks for the author. The UI/UX side of the things could've been better thou, so minus one star

Works well when it's on but it constantly goes off. Sometimes more than once during half hour sitcoms.
