upd.: Thanks a lot!!! old message: Dear Dev! After the recent update the "switch" profile widget's appearance has become incorrect! It's showing the levels of sound/media/etc but not the icon and the name of the profile! Thank you in advance!

Hi, this happens because of manual change of the one or more volume levels, and now none of the profiles match the current state, so it shows the levels of the different channels. You can turn off that feature by going in Preferences and switching off "Volume bars in widget". Enjoy

Hi, try to update to version 7.6. It will probably not solve your 1-st issue, but if you drop me an e-mail at mincho.kolev@gmail.com I can guide you how to send me some logs to see what is going on, as I can not reproduce your issues. "not sets as defined in destination profile" - this should be fixed now.
