About this app

TITA is a friend-finding app for those aged 45 and older. You receive recommendations for peers with similar personalities, chat within the app, and apply to offline tea gatherings (tea time) to meet in person. It is an app for making friends, not for finding romantic partners.

■ What You Can Do in the App

1. Answer a Question a Day (GyeolQ)

Every day, a short multiple-choice question appears on the home screen. It is a question where you choose one of two options, such as "Where would you feel more comfortable meeting a friend?", and your choice is saved immediately. As you accumulate more answers, the friend recommendations below become more accurate.

2. Receive Recommendations for Peers with Matching Personalities (GyeolChingu)

Based on your answers, we recommend members with similar personalities to your home screen. Each profile displays your age, location, self-introduction, interests, and a percentage indicating how similar you are to them.

3. Chat

Send a greeting to a recommended person, and once they reply, a 1:1 conversation begins. For those who have signed up for the same offline gathering, a separate chat room is opened so you can greet each other before meeting.

4. Signing Up for an Offline Tea Gathering (Tea Time)

Gatherings hosted by the administrator appear as a list on the homepage. You can sign up by checking the date, time, neighborhood, the purpose of the gathering, the participation fee, and the number of remaining spots. Typically, three or four people meet for a couple of hours at a cafe or exhibition hall. If your desired spot is unavailable, please let us know when and where you would like to meet. The administrator will open a spot for you.

5. Reading and Writing (Story)

You can read posts written by Tita and uploaded by members, and you can also write your own posts.

■ Safety

Identity Verification

All members verify their name and age using NICE identity verification. Only those aged 45 or older can join.

Dangerous Conversation Detection

It automatically checks conversations for scams or external inducement signals and notifies you if detected. (Patent Pending PA260003)

Reporting and Blocking

When a report is received, the administrator personally reviews it. Posts and conversations from blocked members will no longer be visible.

■ Usage Fees

Basic features are free. There are no charges for friend referrals, meeting requests, reading and writing posts, identity verification, or reporting and blocking.

With Tita Plus (monthly auto-renewing subscription), you can chat without a monthly message limit and view detailed explanations as to why you are a good match with recommended users. The price is the amount displayed in the store, and you can cancel at any time without a contract or penalty.
