BloomText is an incredible app for HIPAA-compliant communication with patients, your staff, colleagues & referrers. The ability to share documents and use video makes it a complete service. Only 20% of patients use a portal, but almost all will view & communicate by text. Links are hot in the text as well! This app works on all platforms. It will improve workflow since patient inquiries don't require answering and replying by phone. You can reply at your convenience. Service is great!
