About this app

Bloombilt Dispatch is the app your crews use on the job. The office plans the day in Bloombilt, and each crew member opens the app to their own stops in the order they'll drive them.

ON EACH STOP
The address, the client, the gate code and the office's notes on the job. Directions open in Google Maps or Waze, or Apple Maps on iPhone.

STOP TIMERS
When you pull up to your next stop, its timer starts. When you drive away after working it, the stop is marked done. Both come with an Undo in case the phone guessed wrong. You can also leave location off and start and finish each stop yourself.

PROOF PHOTOS
Take photos or videos on the stop and they're saved to that job with your name and the time. With no signal, they wait on the phone and upload when you're back in coverage.

WHEN A CLIENT ASKS FOR MORE
Send it to the office as a customer request from the stop, so they can quote it.

GEAR
See which tools the day needs before you head out. Check equipment out and back in, and report anything that breaks.

FOR THE OFFICE
Home shows today's numbers: stops done, who's out working, and what hasn't been invoiced. The Board shows the week by crew, and you can drag a stop to another day or another crew. Post an announcement and the whole team gets it.

What’s new

- The Board shows each person in their own color, and the office can pick it.
- A stop's status is an icon in the card's corner, with the word underneath: Done, Skipped, Urgent.
- Finished stops fade to gray.
- A card no longer goes blank after Complete stop or a drag.
- The app stays light and readable when the phone is in dark mode.
