The new banking app definitely has some great updated features, and I can see the effort that went into improving it. However, I found the old version easier to use, especially when it came to setting up biometric login — it was fast, simple, and worked immediately. The previous app also launched instantly without any loading delays, which made checking my account quick and hassle-free. I think the new app has potential, but I would love to see the same level of convenience and speed brought bac

This new app takes way to long to load. Like some of the new features but the loading problem makes this app very frustrating.

I don't like this app., everytime I'm logging in, it updates. The old one was better, I don't like it, sorry.

What’s new

We are thrilled to introduce the latest upgrades to our online banking app. Sign in is now more flexible. If you have both Passkey and Face ID or fingerprint enabled, you’ll start with Passkey and can switch to biometrics if needed. We’ve also introduced clearer payment labeling, giving members better visibility into remaining balances after making partial payments.
