The app is very buggy and delayed. The nurseries also don't like most elements of the interface on their end. It's got potential, and there are clearly some good features that help the nurseries with management, which is probably why the nurseries continue to pay for the service. However, for end users, such as parents, it is a very neglected experience. I've raised at least two issues with support, and though they were acknowledged, there is no haste in fixing them.

It's OK. I've just moved my child to a setting that uses Blossom from a setting that used Famly. I much prefer Famly. I get a notification for a diary entry, I open the app and the diary doesn't load so I have to close and reopen. Messages also don't always load. One took 3 hours to come through. Thankfully it was just an FYI message. One positive is being able to download images which is a feature Famly didn't have

What the app is trying to achieve is great. However the notifications don't take you to the relevant events. Sometimes you get a notification that there is a message but it'll take a long time for the message to appear ok the chat. Basically the whole thing gets out of sync. Sometimes the app will freeze when selecting s notification and you have to hard close and go in again. Great premise. Bad execution.
