Hello, I am writing regarding my review. I made a $2 payment for 4000 chips but did not receive them. After opening a support ticket, I was credited with only 1000 chips instead of the full amount. I have contacted support several times about the remaining chips, but I have not received any reply. I would appreciate your assistance in resolving this issue..

DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY. I purchased $4.99 promo chips, I didn't get my chips and I've tried to contact them, but they just ghosted me and totally ignored my message with the receipt. I would rate 0 if there were an option.

The old version was way better. Daily bonuses started giving out useless prizes instead of the usual red chips. Plus, the app freezes in the background. If you pull down the notifications to check something or quickly reply, the game just freezes
