MediRec is a clinical care orchestration platform designed for the public health network. It brings together, in a single workflow, professionals working in Primary Care (PHC) and regulation, providing visibility into the progress of each case and helping teams monitor the patient throughout their journey in the network.
MediRec is a professional-use tool, with access restricted to accredited professionals and teams in the public health network. It is not an application intended for the general public or patients.
By concentrating in one place steps that are currently divided among several systems, MediRec reduces rework, clarifies the progress of waiting lists, and keeps everyone involved in care aligned on each case.

Regulation and referrals — clearly track requests, feedback, and the progress of waiting lists, from request to completion.
Home visits — arrive at home visits with everything you need at hand: forms, scoreboards, appointments to deliver, and Bolsa Família monitoring, without forgetting anything.
Demands — send and receive information between unit or team professionals in a secure and dedicated environment, designed for health data — without relying on generic messaging applications.
Offline mode — continue working even without a connection. Data is automatically synchronized when the internet returns, for use in the field and in locations with limited connectivity.
Surveillance and monitoring of health conditions — monitor cases in the territory with the surveillance panel, the tuberculosis module, and laboratory test results, and receive automatic notifications when a case requires attention.
Connection to network systems — MediRec organizes data that already exists on the network, connecting primary care systems (eSUS), regulation (SISREG, SER), surveillance and tracking (SINAN, SISCAN), tuberculosis monitoring (SITE-TB, SISAA), and laboratories (GAL), without replacing them.
