By clicking on the scanner icon you can use your phones camera to quickly scan the barcode of a video game. This feature requires a separate download of the app Barcode Scanner.

Once you click on the game you were searching for, you will be taken to the details page.

On the details page you go to the Metacritic site itself by clicking the Cover art or title text. You will be able to browse all the reviews and get more details on the Metacritic site.

Send me an any ideas you have to improve the app!

Decent app, however has some issues: interface is not great, sometimes unresponsive. The search filters are limited. No filters for date, or the latest consoles (PS5). Would give 4+ stars if the interface were better and all the Metacritic filters would be available.

Not sure why the interface was changed to the new blocky, massive font kindergarten style. It's pretty aweful to look at & much less functional. The previous interface was great. Efforts would be much better put into functional features in my opinion, such as a favorites list.

It seems to be fixed again. I'm able to see default reviews and search games without it crashing or always being a blank screen.

Hi, I appreciate you taking the time to help me with this. I looked at your crash and I think it is an known issue with one of the android libraries. I have updated the libraries in another update and once again hoping this fixes it for you. Thanks!
