EDIT: Ver. 4.75: Once again, the app is unusable. An error occurred when signing in. I am able to access my account on the website.. EDIT: Ver. 3.8.3: We're back in business, everything works as expected! Thank you! ORIG: App continuously crashes when logging in. Have uninstalled, reinstalled, cleared cache, etc. Nothing works.

Good customer service people. Very kind and they try to help. BUT THE APP IS AWFUL. It will show my book then it won't gotta Uninstall them reinstall gotta wait for a response from customer service minutes-hours- days Now despite all efforts Can't get the newest version to download. And of course without it, I can't view my statute book... Police don't have time for this kind of run around nonsense we need or equipment to work when it should, especially when we pay for it!

Your Law Enforcement Resource is associated with the email account you purchased the resource with initially which is your work address. No further action is required for you to download the latest version of your resource as it is automatically updated when a new release is available

Have used this app a bunch. I am an FTO, and this application is a very valuable part of daily activities with the electronic version of Idaho Traffic Laws. Then, right in the middle of a training shift, nothing. Just stopped. It is still not working. I do pay a subscription to use it. I have un-installed, reinstalled, I even installed it on my personal phone, still nothing. Not impressed!
