Ratings and reviews

The button for login and accessing anything other than ordering is actually just the Blue Bottle, not the entire white square it is in. Frustrating for a first time user, not knowing that you have to be precise on only the Blue Bottle. Also the auto Tip is not like the tipping in stores, it is small text below the order total. It's not like most other coffee apps, where the tip is either a separate screen before checkout or after checkout. UI/UX can be improved for sure.

The wait times seem to have no basis on reality. The home screen shows a prediction that's not congruent with the time shown upon ordering. The staff has no way that they know of to slow down orders to keep up with demand. On busy days this means you could be waiting an hour when you arrive at the designated time. On slow days it could mean you try to order ahead, but the drink is made right away and is stale by the time you arrive. Most of the time it works and the drinks are awesome.

I am also unable to input my login information, and thus cannot order on the app. It worked great on my older model pixel, but I am unfortunately just not able to use it with my new phone because of the bug. I know it is a bug because when I enter the wrong password, it prompts me to fix it, but when I enter the correct one it freezes and will not allow me to proceed. I can use the password on the website, but not the app (which is the only way to order to go).
