## 🎯 How Vision Guard Works

2. Select the apps you want Vision Guard to monitor.
3. Receive gentle overlay alerts whenever your screen is held closer than your chosen distance.

## Accessibility Service Usage

Vision Guard uses Android's Accessibility Service only to identify which application is currently active on your device. This enables the app to automatically start screen distance monitoring and display floating alerts only while you are using the apps you have selected. The service is not active for apps you do not choose.

### Accessibility Service is **NOT** used to:

• Read screen content or displayed text.
• Capture typed text, passwords, PINs, or usernames.
• Access emails, messages, contacts, photos, or financial information.
• Perform gestures, taps, clicks, or other automated actions.
• Record your activity outside the selected apps.
• Collect, store, upload, or share Accessibility Service data with any third party.

## Local Processing & User Control

• Accessibility data is processed entirely on your device.
• No Accessibility Service data is transmitted to external servers or cloud services.
• Enabling Accessibility Service is optional and requires your explicit permission.
• You can disable or revoke this permission at any time from **Settings > Accessibility > Vision Guard**.

## 🔒 Camera & Privacy

Camera access is used only for real-time on-device face distance measurement. No photos, videos, camera frames, or facial information are saved, recorded, transmitted, or shared.
