VCA Community Case Management Information System is an application that supports MCDSS in addressing the multiple vulnerabilities faced by children and adolescents, including poverty, violence, lack of education, malnutrition, HIV, early pregnancy, and child marriage. The system is designed to enhance human development and accelerate national development through various services.

The VCA Community Case Management Information System comprises the following features:

Enrollment of Vulnerable Households - Facilitates the enrollment of caregivers and vulnerable children and adolescents (VCAs) into the system.
Case Plan Creation - Allows for the creation of case plans to address identified vulnerabilities.
Service Provision Tracking - Enables the tracking of services provided to all vulnerable beneficiaries.
Vulnerability Severity Tracking - Monitors the severity of vulnerabilities over time.
Referral Entry and Tracking - Supports the entry and tracking of referrals to ensure appropriate follow-up and support.
