I've never gotten help by the play store 211. Imo it's better just to contact them by phone if you're able. Operators have always been very helpful, thorough, knowledgeable and treated me like a normal human being when I needed help with rent & food. I live in Minneapolis Saint Paul Area. This application pretty much only shows things in South Dakota. Not much help. I know we've got a lot of resources in the Twin Cities area. I will look for another application
