I can't give it zero stars or I would! It worked not that long ago, but Now it opens and you're not getting any further than that! So for whatever reason it no longer works, it renders this app utterly useless! And unless there's an update that fixes it so you can actually use it, I'm gonnA UNINSTALL it and free up some space.

Trying to create an account, don't switch apps to look at your email for that Confirmation # because the app closes the web page it sends you to, to create an account. Trying to find a doctor? First sign into the app. Then, sign into the Find a doctor tab of the app. Then get sent to a web page where you have to sign in again. But this time, it won't except your log in information, even though you are Copying and pasting from a Password Management software. 0/5. 1/5 is to high.

I have my username and password saved in LastPass, so in know my password is correct. The app won't let me login. if ib try to create an account, it tells me that i already have an account created. I let it go for a few days, then tried again. Now it says it has locked my account for security reasons and i have to call customer service. I shouldn't have to do anything to get an app like this to work.

Sorry you’re having issues logging in. The same login credentials you use for our member website can be used on the app. It will lock your account if it’s not recognizing the credentials used after 3 attempts, so unfortunately, your best route is to call customer service so they can look into your account and help you regain access. Good luck!
