About this app

"TELE-BUS Kraków" allows you to place orders for journeys provided by MPK S.A. in Kraków as part of the TELE-BUS service (on-demand transport service), in the Kraków Płaszów - Rybitwy area, during the hours specified in the Regulations for the provision of the TELE-BUS service.
After registering in the application, the Passenger can place an order for a single or multiple journey (so-called periodic order) between TELE-BUS stops. When placing an order, please provide: travel date, starting and ending stop, departure time from the starting stop or arrival time at the final stop and the number of people transported, and for periodic orders, the starting and ending dates of the order. Moreover, in the case of a disabled person traveling, it is possible to reserve a space for a wheelchair. TELE-BUS stops can be selected in the application from the list of stops or by selecting a TELE-BUS stop on the map. Information about the status of orders and reminders about upcoming trips may be sent to the Passenger as SMS messages or e-mails. In the case of reminders, you can set the time at which the message is to be sent, e.g. 30 hours before the scheduled arrival of the bus. The application allows you to check the status and history of orders, whether orders have been accepted for processing (planned), completed or unfortunately rejected. While waiting for the bus to arrive, the Passenger can track the vehicle's position on the map available in the application.
Since this is an on-demand transport service, where bus trips are planned based on orders placed by Passengers, the application has a function that allows you to cancel the order - please use this function if you cancel your trip, so that another Passenger will be able to use the TELE-BUS service.

The application also allows the Passenger to modify such data as login, password and email address. If you need to modify your mobile phone number, please contact the TELE-BUS Dispatcher at the hotline number (12) 254 17 17.
People currently using the TELE-BUS service, who previously placed an order for the service by phone, have already been registered in the application, and their temporary login is the Passenger's system number (ID). In order to obtain the application password, these people should use the authentication recovery function ("Forgot something?" button on the login page). Then they should log in to the system and complete the missing data, e.g. new login, email address, and change their password.

The application has also been prepared in English and Italian versions. The user can select the language version of the application in the user preference settings.
