0 STARS ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE APP. I PAID THE $50 AT A STATION. IT DID NOT ALLOW ME TO CHARGE. THERE'S NO CUSTOMER SERVICE READILY AVAILABLE NOR IS THERE ANY TOLL FREE NUMBER WHERE YOU CAN CALL ANYBODY NOR DO THEY COME TO YOU ON THE APP. WHEN YOU ASK FOR A REFUND YOU HAVE TO WAIT 5 DAYS AFTER YOU'VE MADE THE INITIAL DEPOSIT TO GET YOUR REFUND BACK. I HOPE A CORPORATE LITIGATION OFFICE SEES ENOUGH COMPLAINTS AND FILES A CLASS ACTION SUIT. ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE

I'm a Hertz customer having to use this app yet none of the Energy rates are legible. There is an error in the app causing the cost to overlay the wattage. Android, Galaxy S23 Ultra with current updates. Requires $20 deposit but screen to make deposit doesn't have an option to submit so I can't make a deposit. App wouldn't disconnect and was stuck, had to call Roadside. All around horrible experience, designers dropped the ball on this app.
