The app had a lot of steps in it just to get started. After trying MULTIPLE TIMES to put in my email and debit card i wanted to use. But I was patient and finally got going. My only other concern was, (1st) the scooter all of a sudden started moving very slow. And right as I was crossing the street. (2nd) I didn't have or I didn't see any way to turn off the scooter to show I was don't. And it actually OVER CHARGED ME! But, one email to explain and it was quickly fixed. Overall it was COOL!

I've ridden several scooter companies before and this by far was the worst. The app was not easy to set up. After I was finally able to ride, when I was at my destination, it would not allow me to end the ride because it kept saying I was not in a designated area, yet it offered no help to find where to get to a correct area. Over 10 minutes trying to park and end the ride and when I tried to click the "call us" within the app, it dialed a hospital and they said I had the wrong number. I was found a number on their website and had to speak to a customer service rep who was able to end the ride remotely. It was not an enjoyable experience.

Scooters wouldn't show up on map and the ones that did weren't the number of any of the scooters around. Tried scanning the bar code on all of them and I'd get an error message. Had to uninstall and reinstall the app to get it working once, it worked for like the next 2 scooter rides then it went back to throwing the error message and displaying the wrong scooters on the map.
