It's hard to overstate how poorly designed this app is. It's the only smart app I know of where a manual change on the physical device completely destroys the entire scheduler by overriding them all. Imagine a smart switch that if you turn it on, all schedule entries switch to "remain on and don't turn off ever". It's crazy. Also crashes a lot and loses connection till force stopping the app It's nuts because it's such a simple app. Give me 20 min with Claude Code and I'd produce a better app

This app is terrible. All I can say. Sorry. Needs an update or something. It won't load pages. It won't keep me logged in. It keeps saying I don't have account.. must I go on...

When they released an update the app stopped signing me in. The help chat was 0 help. Very frustrating for the price we paid for the product.
