Works well until it doesn't. App is configured decently enough to use for the washes, and is relatively easy enough to navigate. Buttons for washing are simple to use. There have been multiple times on my wash subscription where when I go to scan the QR code on the washing machine, no wash activates. There's nothing I can do about it, and the only way to contact the owners is by email. It uses up the 1 time daily wash you get with their subscription and all you can do is leave. Very infuriating.

The app is ok except for sometimes it thinks you already used your membership if you scan while you are waiting in line for a wash. It's hard to get a hold of someone if you have issues. I have had to pay despite not using my daily wash. otherwise the app is fine.

I use Wash ICT regularly, but the app has been very frustrating. When I scan the code while waiting for the car in front of me, by the time it’s my turn the app requires me to scan again or it won’t start the wash. I also replaced my phone recently, and because the app is still on my old phone and my wife’s phone, it won’t allow me to install or activate it on my new phone. There’s no option to transfer devices, which makes the whole process very frustrating.
