About this app
SynagogueInfo is an Android kiosk application designed to display synagogue information on a TV or screen at the synagogue entrance.

The app runs 24/7 and displays prayer times, halachic times, announcements, memorials (yahrzeits), birthdays, special events, sponsors, and community-customizable daily study content — in a polished, fully customizable visual display.
The header displays:
Synagogue name, Hebrew and Gregorian dates, weekly Torah portion, holidays and festivals, a digital or analog clock, and up to four small icons in the header.
When applicable, the app will automatically display:
Ya'aleh V'Yavo, full/half Hallel, the Molad and Rosh Chodesh, Sefirat HaOmer, and more.
The halachic times panel includes:
Dawn (Alot HaShachar), sunrise, latest time for Shema, Mincha Gedolah, sunset, and candle lighting (Shabbat and holidays).
The prayer times panel includes:
Shacharit, Mincha, and Arvit — with fixed times or automatically calculated based on sunrise, sunset, and candle lighting.
The rotating message area includes:
Announcements, memorials, birthdays, events, sponsors, and selectable daily study content.
Occasion-based scheduled backgrounds can be displayed in full screen or as a message overlay on top of the display.
Messages can appear in full screen or in a window. Memorials and birthdays appear automatically.
Special attention was given to making the Gabbai's work easier, including data sync from the Gabbai's phone at home to the device at the synagogue.
An internet connection is not required. The software automatically adapts to the location and can calculate data up to 100 years ahead for full offline operation. Cloud sync can be performed regularly or temporarily to update information.
The software comes with a full demo mode for 48 hours and can be fully activated via the cloud after obtaining a license by contacting us by email at:
